PREVENTATIVE AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Advanced Motor Solutions Inc. will customize the preventative and predictive maintenance programs for each customer’s needs.
This program could be set up for annually, semi-annually and quarterly all depending on the customer’s needs and use of their machines.
This program allows customers to plan for maintenance according to their schedules before an unexpected failure happens.
This program minimizes equipment failure and unexpected downtime.
This program helps customers to monitor equipment that are starting to have issues and can be removed and repaired on a customer’s convenient time schedule before a catastrophic failure can occur.
Advanced Motor Solutions Inc. will provide the following services in this program:
Motor winding testing (Megger, Hi-pot, Resistance and Surge Test)
Vibration analysis (Onsite balancing and alignments if required)
Visual inspections for motor condition (Contamination, insulation condition)
DC motor inspections and brush changes
Infrared thermography
Onsite repairs if possible
Test and inspection reports will be provided after every inspection
